The Johnson County Democratic Party created this scholarship for high school graduating seniors in Johnson County, Wyoming. The William D. McIntyre Memorial Scholarship will award at least one graduate up to $500.00 each spring. The scholarship memorializes Bill McIntyre by awarding applicants who demonstrate the principals and values that Bill epitomized.
